Beautiful and so detailed! Will it matter what fabric it's stitched on (apart from the count of course)? It looks as if it's all stitched so you wouldn't see the fabric anyway. I've always wondered this when I see HAEDs stitched on gorgeous hand-dyed fabrics but never thought to ask!
I think this chart is beautiful and as much as I love it, it will probably end up a gift for my daughter in law. She likes peacocks and I think she will appreciate the work that goes into it. She even had a peacock themed wedding! It was really beautiful.
Beautiful chart Sarah.

ReplyDeleteI have often wondered this myself. It seems a shame to cover up all that gorgeous fabric. I was just thinking a pale blue or tan instead of white.
ReplyDeleteOoo cool chart I love peacocks

ReplyDeleteBeautiful chart, Sarah :-)

ReplyDeleteIt is a gorgeous chart and I agree with others about the fabric - just choose a pale plain colour. It's a very detailed piece. Enjoy stitching it! :)
