Bean Bag Toss

There's still no cross stitching going on, but I think this qualifies as crafty.

We decided it would be fun to have a bean bag toss game to take camping with us. We started looking at them online and found this one at Target. It's $80.00!

There are some that are cheaper, but we thought, "why spend money on a game when we have everything here to make one?"

So today I'm making the bean bags. He will make the board this weekend.

This is my first one. I'm using white denim fabric and sewing it by hand. (I'm not a great, or even good seamstress.)

It was tough to stitch and I didn't "square" my corners. I'm going to try something a little different on the next one and see if it's better. We need 6 bags all together.

I will post an update next week and let you know how it all turns out.
